Shipping Policy — GCC

We ship to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout, or confirmed with you before payment. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Customs clearance may affect delivery; any applicable import charges will be explained before your order is confirmed. For delivery updates or help, contact us on WhatsApp: +965 97804602.

Returns & Refunds

Eligible unused products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. Fragrances and other legally excluded categories are subject to the applicable 24-hour period and invoice conditions. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

Contact WhatsApp +965 97804602 with your order number and receipt. Approved refunds return the amount paid using the original payment method, or another method you accept. No compulsory store credit or additional fee applies where the law requires a return or exchange.

Terms & Conditions

Product availability, the selected items, prices and delivery charges are confirmed before payment. Keep your order confirmation and invoice. If an item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to agree a correction or refund. These policies are subject to Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its applicable regulations. Mandatory consumer rights in your destination country remain protected.
