Shipping Policy — GCC
We ship to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery charges and available services are shown at checkout, or confirmed with you before payment. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number. Returns & Refunds
Eligible unused products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. Fragrances and other legally excluded categories are subject to the applicable 24-hour period and invoice conditions. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to agree a correction or refund. الاستبدال والاسترجاع
يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتجات المؤهلة غير المستخدمة وبحالتها الأصلية خلال 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء المثبت بالفاتورة. تخضع العطور والفئات المستثناة قانوناً للمدة المطبقة البالغة 24 ساعة وشروط الفاتورة. لا تحد هذه الشروط من حقوقك القانونية المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة أو غير الصحيحة أو غير المطابقة.
تواصل عبر واتساب +965 97804602 مع رقم الطلب والفاتورة. تُرد المبالغ المعتمدة بقيمة ما تم دفعه وبنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية، أو بطريقة أخرى توافق عليها. لا يُفرض رصيد متجر أو رسم إضافي في الحالات التي يوجب فيها القانون الرد أو الاستبدال.
الشروط والأحكام
يتم تأكيد توفر المنتجات والمنتجات المختارة والأسعار ورسوم التوصيل قبل الدفع. احتفظ بتأكيد الطلب والفاتورة. عند عدم توفر منتج أو وجود خطأ في الطلب، سنتواصل معك للاتفاق على التصحيح أو استرداد المبلغ. تخضع هذه السياسات لقانون حماية المستهلك الكويتي رقم 39 لسنة 2014 ولوائحه المطبقة، مع الحفاظ على حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية في دولة وجهة الطلب.
