الاستبدال والاسترجاع
Eligible unused products in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date shown on the invoice. Fragrances and other legally excluded categories are subject to the applicable 24-hour period and invoice conditions. Product availability, the selected items, prices and delivery charges are confirmed before payment. Keep your order confirmation and invoice. If an item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you to agree a correction or refund. These policies are subject to Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its applicable regulations. Mandatory consumer rights in your destination country remain protected.
